We are expanding our technical network and looking for a mid-level Developer to join us as a remote freelance partner, supporting ongoing client projects and internal product initiatives.

Role Overview

You will collaborate with strategists, designers, media buyers, and content teams to build and optimize digital platforms, landing pages, automation systems, and performance-focused web experiences.

This is a freelance, fully remote role. You will work on a project or retainer basis, depending on scope, with clear deliverables and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications
• Build and optimize high-performance landing pages
• Integrate APIs, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
• Collaborate with design to implement pixel-perfect UI
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Optimize for speed, SEO, and conversion performance
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve technical infrastructure
• Contribute to documentation and scalable development workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of professional development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, WordPress
• Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js or PHP
• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Understanding of performance optimization best practices
• Version control using Git and collaborative workflows
• Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote setup

Must Have

• Experience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress (deal breaker)
• Knowledge of marketing technology stacks, including HubSpot, GA4, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager,
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Vercel
• Basic understanding of paid media tracking and attribution
