We are expanding our design team and looking for a UX/UI Designer to work directly alongside our Head of Web Design on client and internal projects.

Role Overview

This is a fully remote freelance position for a designer who understands that design is structure, usability, hierarchy, and conversion logic.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Web Design to create intuitive, high-performing digital experiences, including websites and landing pages aligned with brand and business objectives.

Advanced Figma proficiency and WordPress experience are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered website and landing page experiences

  • Translate strategy and wireframes into polished UI systems

  • Create responsive layouts for desktop and mobile

  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma

  • Design with WordPress implementation in mind

  • Maintain design systems and component libraries

  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation

  • Apply UX principles to improve navigation, clarity, and conversion

  • Iterate designs based on feedback and performance insights

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer on web-focused projects

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components and design systems

  • Strong experience designing for WordPress environments

  • Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design

  • Experience designing responsive web platforms

  • Ability to balance brand aesthetics with usability and performance

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams

  • Strong attention to detail and layout hierarchy

  • Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience in conversion-focused design

  • Understanding of accessibility best practices

  • Experience working within agency or performance-driven environments
